The program is designed to help customers build a traceable maintenance history, encourage regular vehicle care, and strengthen long-term trust between customers, workshops, distributors, and MUXX.

PROGRAM FEATURES
Customers can register eligible MUXX product usage and maintenance records through official or approved channels, creating a clearer and more traceable service history.
Each MUXX Care subsidy item is linked to the eligible MUXX product used. Registering one product does not automatically activate all subsidy items.
MUXX Care works with approved service partners to help eligible customers apply for selected subsidy benefits and complete maintenance through trusted local workshops.
Applications are reviewed based on valid registration records, eligible product usage, vehicle eligibility, submitted documents, applicable regional MUXX Care rules, and MUXX's final review.
SERVICE REGISTRATION
Customers can register eligible MUXX product usage through the official MUXX website, authorized distributors, approved workshops, or approved digital channels.
A valid registration helps create a traceable maintenance record and may activate the corresponding MUXX Care subsidy item based on the MUXX product used.
Purchase or service with an eligible MUXX product through an authorized distributor, approved workshop, or approved sales channel.
Register the service record through the official MUXX website, authorized distributor, approved workshop, or approved digital channel.
A valid registration should include customer information, vehicle information, service date, mileage, eligible MUXX product used, proof of purchase or service record, and service channel information.
The applicable MUXX Care subsidy item depends on the MUXX product used and the valid registrations completed.
If a related issue occurs within the applicable subsidy eligibility period, eligible customers may submit a subsidy application through an approved MUXX Care channel for review.
VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
MUXX Care applies only to vehicles within 10 years from the new vehicle production year or within 100,000 km mileage, whichever comes first.
The production year entered during registration is used as the vehicle age reference according to regional MUXX Care rules.
MUXX Care applies only to valid registrations completed before the related issue occurs.
Vehicle information, mileage, service records, and eligible MUXX product usage records must be true, complete, and verifiable.
PRODUCT-LINKED SUBSIDY ITEMS
MUXX Care is a modular protection subsidy program. Each subsidy item is linked to the eligible MUXX product used.
Registering one MUXX product does not automatically activate all MUXX Care subsidy items.
Eligible products: MUXX Engine Oil, MUXX Transmission Fluid.
Selected subsidy benefit: Engine-related subsidy benefit; transmission-related subsidy benefit.
Activation: Requires two consecutive valid service registrations with the corresponding eligible MUXX product.
Subsidy eligibility period: After the second valid registration, the subsidy eligibility period begins from the service date of that registration and remains valid for one year. Each subsequent valid registration with the corresponding eligible MUXX product renews the subsidy eligibility period for another one year.
Subsidy calculation: Up to 50% of the approved repair subsidy amount, capped at USD 1,000 per approved case.
Eligible products: MUXX Coolant.
Selected subsidy benefit: Radiator-related subsidy benefit.
Activation: Requires one valid service registration with eligible MUXX Coolant.
Subsidy eligibility period: The subsidy eligibility period begins from the service date of the valid registration and remains valid for one year. Each subsequent valid MUXX Coolant registration renews the subsidy eligibility period for another one year.
Subsidy calculation: Up to 50% subsidy benefit based on the approved local reference price and applicable regional MUXX Care rules.
Eligible products: MUXX Brake Fluid.
Selected subsidy benefit: Brake wheel cylinder-related subsidy benefit.
Activation: Requires one valid service registration with eligible MUXX Brake Fluid.
Subsidy eligibility period: The subsidy eligibility period begins from the service date of the valid registration and remains valid for one year. Each subsequent valid MUXX Brake Fluid registration renews the subsidy eligibility period for another one year.
Subsidy calculation: Up to 50% subsidy benefit based on the approved local reference price and applicable regional MUXX Care rules.
Eligible products: MUXX A800, MUXX A900.
Selected subsidy benefit: MUXX A800: fuel pump-related subsidy benefit; MUXX A900: fuel injector-related subsidy benefit.
Activation: Requires one valid service registration with the corresponding eligible MUXX gasoline fuel system product.
Subsidy eligibility period: The subsidy eligibility period begins from the service date of the valid registration and remains valid for one year. Each subsequent valid registration with the corresponding eligible MUXX product renews the subsidy eligibility period for another one year.
Subsidy calculation: Up to 50% subsidy benefit based on the approved local reference price and applicable regional MUXX Care rules.
SUBSIDY CALCULATION
For engine-related and transmission-related subsidy benefits, approved cases may receive up to 50% of the approved repair subsidy amount, capped at USD 1,000 per approved case.
For selected parts subsidy items, subsidy benefit may be calculated based on the approved local reference price and applicable regional MUXX Care rules.
The approved local reference price is determined according to local market conditions, approved distributors, approved service partners, and applicable regional MUXX Care rules.
CUSTOMER CONTRIBUTION
For selected MUXX Care subsidy items, eligible customers may apply for subsidy benefits based on the approved local reference price and applicable regional MUXX Care rules.
Customer contribution is collected by the local distributor or approved service partner.
